PROPERTIES: Body Wonders® Bergamot essential oil is cold pressed from fresh bergamot peels.
It has a soft minty, slightly citrus aroma.
When diffused for aromatherapy Bergamot oil creates a fresh and uplifting ambience.
Bergamot blends well with oils like clary sage, frankincense, mandarin, jasmine, black pepper, geranium, sweet orange, rosemary and ylang-ylang.
The flavonoids present in Bergamot oil are great relaxants.
A few drops can be mixed with carrier oils to make a great aromatherapy massage oil.
